How to choose paint brush material?

If you're using paint or varnish that can be cleaned up with water, then choose a brush with synthetic bristles. If you're applying oil-based varnish or paint, a natural-bristle (Black China, Ox-hair Blend or White China) brush may be a better choice.

Real or natural brush fibers are made from various animal furs and hairs. Synthetic brush fibers are made from nylon and other plastics.

Synthetic bristles have many kinds, PBT blend PET, PP, NYLON, so how to check whether you buy better synthetic bristles.

1. If the synthetic bristles are easy broken, then it is recycle material

2. If the synthetic bristles are matt, not shiny, then it is recycle material

3. If the natural bristles have too many short bristles in it, then when making brush, the wastage would be much.

Good synthetic bristles or natural bristles would be good flexibility and smooth and easy trimmed and get great point.
